The business will benefit as you’ll be a better leader, but you’ll also encourage the workforce to improve. It’s got something to do with leading by example.

A boss that kills it is one that knows they are never too senior to learn. Although that sounds like an obvious statement, it’s a mistake many higher-ups make because their feet aren’t on the ground. A little piece of advice – you haven’t made it because you have a corner office.
